Scammers may attempt to use our in-app chat, or other messaging platforms, to persuade users to continue conversations outside ShuttleMatch, click suspicious links, or share personal, banking or contact information.

Your safety is extremely important to us. While we actively monitor and take action against accounts reported for suspicious behaviour, no online platform can completely eliminate the risk of bad actors. The best defence is a vigilant and informed community.

Please remember:

✅ Never send money to someone you have only met online.
✅ Never disclose your passwords, OTPs, banking details or personal identification information.
✅ Be cautious of requests to continue conversations outside ShuttleMatch, especially via WhatsApp, Telegram or other messaging apps.
✅ Do not click on links or download files from users you do not know or trust.
✅ If something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts and report the user immediately.
